We will explain all the options available to you, providing practical ideas tailored to suit your individual needs and requirements. Outlined below are the key stages of a pool build and installation and what you can expect from Polar Pools.

What happens next?

Initial contact

We are happy to chat over the phone about your ideas and possible specifications. We can then arrange a free site visit.

Initial site visit

We will come and meet you on site to discuss the project in detail and show you our portfolio. We will also view the site and surroundings, take measurements and locate services (water, gas and electric).

Written quotation

Within 7 days of the site visit you can expect a detailed specification and quotation. This will include; drawings, a detailed breakdown of costs, brochures of the materials and equipment to be used and a proposed schedule.

Consultation

Once you have received your quotation, we are happy to discuss it in detail with you and address any queries or alterations you wish to make.

Approval

When you are happy with the quotation and specification we will agree a start date with you.

Surveying and setting out

The first day on site is spent setting out. We recommend you are on hand to ensure that you are happy with the positioning of the pool. This is your last opportunity to change ideas before the digging begins!

Groundworks

Excavation can last between 2 and 5 days depending on the complexity of the project. Rest assured we do all we can to minimise inconvenience to you and work hard to maintain a clean and tidy site.

Construction

The building of the pool itself can take a few days to several weeks depending on the type of pool you have chosen. A gunite pool for example takes time to cure before you can tile or line whereas a panel pool can be tiled or lined once the floor screed has set.

Handover

Finally we provide comprehensive tuition upon completion.

After-care Services
